Me and my training partner trained for 7 months, 6 days a week, hitting atleast 50k yards a week, but then we had a 4 month burnout, and we are ready to get back into it. He has swam for 5 years, but ive only swam for too, but ive caught up in skill level. Could anyone spare some time to help coach us please? We would love to make it to the elite level competition, and our ultimate long term goal is to make it to olympic trials in 2020. Can someone help us? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
