    Lightning Bolt - Pearl Jam

What a great album. There's not a bad song, and the album's progression is incredible. I've listened to it about 5 times; listened to Ten to compare then and now. The band and Vedder are still so strong. They've produced some terrific songs over the years, but I think Lightning Bolt will/should become a rock classic as a complete album. I can swim to this all day. .
Some guys they just give up living and start dying little by little, piece by piece. Some guys come home from work and wash up and go racin’ in the street. (Bruce Springsteen, 1978)

My Dad once met the singer of that band (vetter?) at T-Bonze and bought him drinks. He didn't even know who the guy was until other people spotted him
