    Jacobs Aquatic Center, Key Largo

I'll be in Key Largo in February and was looking for someplace to swim (aside from, duh..., the ocean ). I found the Jacobs Aquatic Center and saw they appear to host a masters team. I sent them a note about dropping in a couple weeks ago, but never got a response. Does someone here have any information about drop-in practices for masters swimmers at this facility? Failing that, lap swim opportunities? I am a currently registered USMS member.

    Thx,

I swam there a few years ago. The pool is 25 meters. That is one of the pools that University of Michigan uses on their college trip every year.

I know it is a nice pool. Locker rooms were ok, but the greatest from what I remember.

Thanks, Wookie. So as far as you know, drop-in at practice is okay?

Couldn't tell ya on that one. I swam on my own most of the time.
