    Other Exercise

    There may already be thread on this somewhere, but I couldn't find it. I'm wondering what other types of exercise most of you do, whether it's weights, aerobics, yoga, and how often. Or do you find swimming the only exercise you need (as I'm new to the sport, I'm not there yet).
