I am a coach who is looking for some advice. I currently coach a 12 week season (not long I know) and use the following. We build from 3000-5000 yards un the first two weeks, then stay arond 5000-5500 for3 weeks or so. We then move on to about 5800-6400 and stay there for 3 weeks before tapering down to about 1000 over 13 days. Can you offer some advice on how I might want to change this.
