Some Top 10 Best Practices from Peer-to-Peer call

From January 2015 LMSC Top 10 & Records Peer-to-Peer Conference Call

Each LMSC should own a hand held laser device for measuring pools.

Must have close coordination with meet director and Hy-Tek operator prior to the meet to go over post-meet requirements.

The meet director should require the Hy-Tek operator to deliver results in publication order plus a backup (CL2) file of the meet to him/herself and the Top 10 & Records person within 24 hours of the meet.

The Top 10 & Records person should brief the LMSC board at each annual meeting about the process he/she is required to go through in order to take the guesswork out of board conversations about processing meet results.
