Hello members, Last week my sister told me that she is doing workouts regularly. And she keeps her diet in control too, goes for a cardio of 20 min everyday. But she is not satisfied with weight loss progress,. She is trying to cut down some fat quickly to getting in to shape before her bday she told.
So i just said her to "why not try some supplements for to loss?" and just go to internet, found these few informations on pre-workout fo r women. And i send it to her, i am not sure with pre-workout supplements suggestions on that article are good or not.
