    Talking Pre Workouts for Womens - Need Suggesion

    Hello members, Last week my sister told me that she is doing workouts regularly. And she keeps her diet in control too, goes for a cardio of 20 min everyday. But she is not satisfied with weight loss progress,. She is trying to cut down some fat quickly to getting in to shape before her bday she told.

    So i just said her to "why not try some supplements for to loss?" and just go to internet, found these few informations on pre-workout fo r women. And i send it to her, i am not sure with pre-workout supplements suggestions on that article are good or not.

    Lets give me some suggestion on this or share some links which guide me for this situation.

    Based on what I read about training and diet, it is advisable that a diet maintained to keep body fat extremely low. One must take Calories moderately. The meals are very strict after the workout. It is said that carbohydrates are not needed after working out. You will only need to drink at least 1 gallon of water a day and at least 3 proteins shakes a day.

    WHOA !! Watch out for "internet " solutions to weight loss!! Lots of scams and possible poor/bad side effects to them.
