Almost all articles every month. Haven't got mine yet this month, but I always enjoy it when I do.

+1! I look forward to reading each issue, and I have never been disappointed after I close the back cover.

    Re: The magazine

I enjoyed this month's issue the most out of all of the issues I have ever gotten. I felt like this one went more in-depth than just a superficial science explanation and gave me some solid info to make decisions with. For instance, the muscle and aging article wasn't wishy-washy about whether a swimmer should do it. Most of the articles are usually on the fence about advice but not this issue. Plus the freestyle article was really good too.

I have not received mine. I usually read at least half of what is presented though.

    Re: The magazine

I thought it was a great issue. Of course I may be a bit biased since I was interviewed and quoted in the muscle & aging article...

I read each magazine. A lot of great info about the different aspects of our sport and those involved in it.

    Re: The magazine

Typically, i read the whole magazine over the course of a few weeks or so and often go back to re-read articles. I'm just getting started on this issue.

Like Patrick (pwb) and Mark, I added my $.02 to Gretchen Sanders article on aging and muscle loss (felt like I was in good company with both Patrick and Mark). Gretchen did a great job and the experts (not me) she included were great. They cleared up some misconceptions on my part. Also, loved Susan Bricken - a WOW for sure.

Looking forward to a bunch of the other articles.

I read mine cover to cover when I get it. However I just don't have the time to do it in one sitting.
