Neuromuscular training to reduce chances of knee injury

Saw this in the NY Times this morning:

While it's probably not a big deal for swimming, I figured plenty of masters swimmers have kids involved in sports where the knee is vulnerable (soccer, volleyball, football, etc).

Knee injuries occur more in breaststroke since the kick is more important to the stroke. I knee has had a few problems and I have been doing more pulls. I swim all the strokes to avoid injury.
