Lead Master Coach & Head 10 & Under (US Applicants Only)

Tampa Bay Aquatics (TBAY) is a coach directed, board supported, nationally competitive swim team with 7 different locations and over 800+ registered USA Swimming athletes. Our multi-year National Club Excellence Silver Medal Program highlights our tradition of excellence in USA Swimming.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized 10 & Under Age Group Coach who will act as Lead Masters Coach and assist as Program Development Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to developing quality programs through established curriculum and fundraising techniques.

Head 10 & Under Coach
· Work closely and directly with TBAY Head Age Group Coach
· Responsible for all 10 and Under Scheduled Practices
· Establish a safe and organized learning environment during swim practices
· Create, implement and enforce all practice planning and development of 10 and Under water programs to include skills, drills, technique and progressions
· Create, implement and enforce all practice planning and development of 10 and Under dry land programs=
· Submit all meet entries for athletes to Head Age Group coach by indicated deadlines
· Attend all scheduled and sanctioned USA swim meets and competitions
· Take daily attendance
· Develop and maintain recruiting avenues to help build team numbers
· Develop and maintain relationships within the community
· Organize and run mini meets in collaboration with Head Age Group coach
· Develop and implement summer league and swim clinic programs
· Co- chair fundraising raising campaign for TBAY Annual Gasparilla Races Swim Meet
· Organize, coordinate and market TBAY Annual Swimathon
· Create, promote and maintain Summer League
· Relay and Sprint Meet

Lead Master Coach
· Responsible to attend two (2) of 6 scheduled masters practices per week
· Coordinate coaches for all remaining scheduled masters practices
· Work with Head Age Group coach on scheduling coaching staff
· Create practice plan for all Masters Sessions
· Responsible for all new member registrations
· Updating & Managing Masters Tab on website
· Manage TBAY Master email & communication
· Organize, coordinate and market TBAY Annual Swimathon

Qualifications
· Extensive knowledge of Team Unify
· Current USA & USMS Swimming Coach Certification & Background check
· Certification in CPR, First Aid/AED, Lifeguard and Coaches Safety Training
· Minimum ASCA level 2
· Minimum 5-7 Years of USA swimming coaching experience
· Excellent knowledge of stroke technique & proven ability to communicate that knowledge

Bonus structure in place for Annual Swim Meet and Swimathon. Starting pay will be $30,000 with no benefits.
