    New tattoo discussion/request

I have my 2nd swim meet (of my life; I'm 53) this Saturday and I'm big into henna tattoos. For my first meet in January, I had "MY FIRST SWIM MEET" on my upper back and a swimmer on my foot. For this meet, I'm thinking of getting a fancy, Indian design around the number "2" on my inside wrist for this Saturday. Any creative people here who can give me other ideas?

Maybe you should concentrate on the swimming part of the meet.
When you are really sure of a statement , then get a real tattoo that means something that is meaningful to you and your life.
    Good luck at the meet.

You could put your events on your wrist of your non-writing hand and then at the swim meet just fill them in with your heat and lane assignment.

    Good luck and have fun.

Your "2" tattoo looked great! Forget about what Orca said: "Maybe you should concentrate on the swimming part of the meet." You did your training going into the meet, and you did a fabulous job in your races. Some people take it very seriously, but Masters is all about making it what YOU want it to be. If YOU want to have fun with it and get a henna tattoo, hey, it's a lot better than getting a PERMANENT tattoo that you may regret!

Hey! I'm all about the fun part. I thought she was thinking of the tattoo more than the swims. Sure get # to show your reach entries , that would be a fun way to keep track of meets. How did you do?

Better than my first meet except my (backup) goggles came off in the start of the 50 free. I had a number 2 on the inside of my wrist. I swim to reach personal goals so this is just something to make it even more fun. Thanks for asking.
