    Swim workout: fly&free

    Check out swim800.com for many swim workouts at no charge. The site provides workouts for any swim level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Today's workout is a combination of sprint fly and mid distance free. The underwater pull of butterfly has the same mechanic as freestyle stroke. Whether you are a triathlete or a master swimmer challenge yourself with this workout. Your freestyle will get stronger. Enjoy!!
