Experienced masters swim coach to lead morning workouts at Northwest Family YMCA in Irmo, SC.

Hours of work: Early Mornings 5:30 am - 6:30 am, 8:00-9:00am
Total hours of work per week: 2 or more

Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Required knowledge, skills & abilities: Must have experience writing and coaching a masters swim program (ages 18+). Will need to be comfortable working with both high level swimmers, triathletes, and with non-competitive swimmers new to a master’s workout program. It is expected that the Masters Coach will arrive on time, keep accurate head counts, market program and assist lifeguard while on deck.
Minimum qualifications: Past adult coaching experience
Desired qualifications: US Masters or USA Swimming Coach certification.
