    Cubital tunnel issues?

Greetings. For the past year (maybe two?) I've been dealing with a minor problem with my right elbow. My range of motion has diminished somewhat (both extending and contracting). It hasn't become so severe as to affect my swimming (at least not drastically so), but it hasn't gotten any better regardless of rest, ice, heat, etc., but ibuprofen seems to provide temporary relief.
One reason I suspect cubital tunnel is that periodically I experience slight numbness/tingling in my last two digits (pinky and ring finger). This too hasn't gotten any better or worse. I've done nerve flossing which seems to help with restoring feeling, but it doesn't help with range of motion. Went to see my PCP about a year ago, but it hasn't gotten better with the rehab exercises suggested.
Anyone else have this issue, and if so, how did you deal with it?

Yes! I didn't know what it was called. I'm not going to be any help but I'll be interested in the replies.
