What's the best way to keep warm while riding a motorcycle?

Sorry for this stupid question, but this is important for me for my swim training.

How can I keep myself warm if I ride a motorcycle to a rural pool for swim training in the winter (I don't have a car), considering the air temperature is below 13C and the pool temperature is 16C or lower?

Heated clothing. An electric vest will help keep your core temperature in the right ballpark. If you only use electric gloves you may find out that your hands are hot but your fingers are still numb, I did.

If I convert correctly 16 C + 64 F that is chilly water to swim in! Yes elec. Vest and glovers will help.
If too much $$$$ then layers with a jacket & pants the stop the wind from going thru will also help.
