Traveling in Italy/France - How can I find places to swim?

My family and I have a really nice vacation planned for Italy and France (Milan, Rome, Florence, Nice and Paris) this summer. However, being the compulsive swimmer that I am, I'm interested in getting in the pool or finding a masters team to join for a workout while I'm there. Does anyone know of a resource like "places to swim" that I can use to find a pool or a masters group in Europe? Thanks.

Find a pool anywhere in the world: https://www.swimmersguide.com
Usually tells if there's an associated Masters team.

SwimmersGuide is the resource, but if you're along the coast in the summer, there's a much easier and more readily available resource, the Mediterranean Sea. Just walk in, swim out, swim back. Repeat as needed.
