Hi,

I am a new USMS member. I swim for fitness, and I also have a goal of bringing down my time in the 500 free. Right now it is 8:40. I would like to get it down to under 8 minutes by the end of this year and get it down to under 7 minutes by the end of next year. Any suggestions are appreciated! I am 51 years old. I can practice from 2-3 hours a week, and more during the summer months.
