Bright light when eyes open/closed after swimming

Seeking advice, I swim at 8 am and even though I don't look at the sun, I still see a bright light when my eyes are open and especially when I close them after swimming. Should I just wait awhile longer when the sun is higher in the air or would a pair of UV googles solve my problem? What UV googles do you recommend? Thanks.

UV goggles. I like speedo vanquishers. Most goggles will come in clear and UV, just pick the UV option of the ones you like.
