Having Sinus Problems Whenever I start Swiming.

So I have always loved swimming and with time I got addicted to it. This started from last year mid march, whenever I start swimming it either gave me congestion or sinus problems, visited several ent's none helped. Finally I consulted a well known ent (CV ENT Surgical Group) in Westlake Village (my city) and finally it helped. I am still not sure if i am the one one with this condition or there are others too? Let me know if anyone of you have ever faced something similar.

If you know some effective way to deal with this I'd love to hear about it because I'm "this" close to giving up this sport because or relentless sinus problems.
