How much are you going to cut back on yardage? 50%? 40%?
Of the yards you do, how much will be speed work? Of the speed work, how much will be kicking?
How long will you taper on the speed/strength plan?
What will you do for filler sets when you're not doing speed work? Just easy/recovery swimming?
Are you doing relays at zones too?
And this isn't even the ask ande thread ... Just curious. Given all my own nagging injuries the last month, I think any hard aerobic work is out for me. I think I'll have to follow the strength/speed plan. Of course, that could be better anyway.
