    1 hour workouts

I need several one hour workouts for swimmers at the high school level for my team practices start in 2 weeks so anything you could give me would be great. I really want things specific for each stroke so each swimmer can have their own workout plan.
You always have to give 100% because if you don't, someone, somewhere, will give 100% and will beat you when you meet.

    Nette,

Take a look at all of the workouts already posted:
Why Swim, If You Can Fly!? - By Robert Strauss
Out of the Box and Into the Pool - By Mo Chambers
Opportunities For Greatness II - By Kris Houchens / Mel Goldstein

Iím sure you can find an abundance of quality 1-hour workouts from these fine coaches.

I have read over several of the given workouts and I was wanting something a little more fun and less advanced for those easy nights. The ones are good for the nights I want to push but for the easy nights I wanted more fun individual workouts. Any ideas for high school level competetors.

    Workouts For You

Iwould look for workouts in the 3,000 yard range, or pair the yardage down from some longer programs.

It's a very useful site... I was also looking for some preseason workouts for myself and came across this thread. I use it whenever I'm out of ideas for new workouts
