Well, this is the furthest I've swam in over a year & it did feel fairly good.
8x50 -25 kick/swim on :20 rest
8x50 -25 drill/swim on :20 rest
2x150 kick on back w/ :30 rest
12x75 -25 swim/kick/swim on :40 rest
8x100 DPS w/ paddles -75 free/25back on :30 rest.
20 minutes in the steam room.
