A zip archive containing one large PDF file can be found at http://www.usms.org/admin/conv03/convpacket.zip, and individual PDF files for each section can be found at http://www.usms.org/admin/conv03/#convpacket. The USMS House of Delegates and committee meetings will be held from Wednesday, September 10 through Sunday morning, September 14.
