Lightbulb Clinics in Mission Viejo, So. California

Our coach has been putting together a series of stroke clinics.

Breaststroke, Backstroke, Butterfly, freestyle, starts and turns, freestyle for tri-swimmers etc...

I'd highly recommend them, for swimmers of all experience levels.

Clinics are usually on Sunday afternoons, and, IMO, cheap for what you get! $20, for 2 hours. Some theory, watch a video, 45min to 1 hour practice time in the pool, at the end, you get videotaped, coach reviews your stroke, and you get a handout.
Theres' a limited number of sugnups for each clinic (8-10 people max.), so every swimmer gets plenty of attention!!!

Please visit out website for more details and to sign up.

(go to private lessons/clinics, and/or the calendar page to see the clinic schedule)

I've taken almost the whole series so far, in my personal experience, they really make a difference.

Well, good luck learning at your team swim clinic,Connie. I wasn't born there but grew up from age 12 and up in Fountain Valley and finished high school at Los Amigos.
