SIERRA NEVADA OPEN WATER SWIM
Saturday, August 21st 2004
Rollins Lake
Orchard Springs Resort
Colfax, CA.

Event Details
There will be two competitions -1.2-mile 8:30am and 2.4-mile 9:00am distances. Age divisions will be every 10 years with fantastic customized award garments 3-deep in each division. Additional raffle prizes will be given to liven up the awards ceremony!

The water temperature at Rollins Lake is between 76-80 in August. This lake collects water from the Bear River coming from the high Sierra. Protected by canyon walls, there will be no wind or chop. You simply will not find a more beautiful venue for an open water swim competition!

You may use a wetsuit but will not be eligible for awards.

Accommodations Campsites are limited so sign-up for book campsites early. Call: 530-346-2212

Triathletes: Come to the Sierra for an awesome weekend of training and fun competition. You can enjoy numerous road rides with awesome climbs and scenery on deserted mountain roads.

Masters Swim Clubs: Stage your open water swim camp with this event. The venue is perfect for a seminar and group outings. With affordable accommodations and a beautiful venue will make it a weekend to remember
