We've added several convenient times and dates with freestyle clinics geared towards a Triathlete swimmer and open water swimmers.

Clinics run for 2 hours during which time there is a short discussion on theory and drills, followed by 45min to an hour drill practice session. At the end of the session each swimmer is filmed above and under water, video is reviewed and Coach Mark provides feedback on improvement.
Clinics are taught by the Mission Viejo Masters Nadadores Head Coach and the SPMA Coach of the Year Mark Moore.
