August Fitness Article of the Month

The USMS Fitness Committee produces many different types of articles about swimming, with topics ranging from swimming technique to nutrition. This year, we are establishing a new feature called Fitness Article of the Month. We are trying to feature a new article each month on the USMS Web Site. At the end of each month, these articles will become a part of the permanent archive.

The August, 2002 article of the month is called "Swimming and Pregnancy" is by Jane Moore, M.D., who is a member of the USMS Sports Medicine Committee and 2002 recipient of the Ransom Arthur Award.
