Masters swimmers and triathletes are welcome to participate in Masters Freestyle Clinic 101. This clinic is limited to 20 swimmers allowing for more individualized attention. The 3 hour clinic includes classroom instruction, in-water instruction and underwater videotape sessions with review. The focus is on swimming efficiently with more speed, less energy and less risk of injury.

This clinic is limited to 20 people. Swimmer to coach ratio is 5 to 1.

Clinic includes
- Two underwater videotaping sessions
- A list of stroke drills and freestyle technique
- 1 hour classroom instruction explaining the science of swimming effectively
- 2 hours in the water instruction
