Time delay video at Cleveland

Another swimmer was telling me how happy he was about watching a tape that someone made of his 100 fly at LC Nationals. We remembered that there was a TV set up in the bleachers, with a 15 minute time-delay video of the races. The question is: were those races stored someplace? (Or were they streamed, then erased.) Would it be possible to get tapes/movie files of your swims at Cleveland?

I don't remember the name of the sponser who set up the table.

had I seen this earlier I could've replied....

I asked the person who set up the time delay video in Cleveland last year if it was being recorded, it was not, just on the 15/20 minute time delay...buying recorded tapes would be nice at any future Nats, I'd certainly pay for some video of myself winning a heat. :D

I let a committee member for NJ know at a camp I was at in March, that the time delay video was very interesting...maybe they will have it again at LC Nats.

VID--YOW...VID--YEE

Mark,

I'd be happy to take some video of you at Arizona nationals if you like. Just let me know what events you are swimming and we can work something out.

Thanks Mark, but I really was posting for someone else (Tom McCabe). His 100 fly was impressive. (Mine would look like a death struggle with the water. ) R and N Day passed around their tape of LC Nats, so that helped quite a bit.

I'd be interested in taping the 200 back, to figure out what things I am doing wrong. After the psych sheets come out, I'll send you an e-mail.

Cool

I already have underwater video, an out of water video of my 400 IM would be nice though, that should cover every stroke..

Not sure how you'd find me among the 1900+ swimmers, I arrive Thursday and will be there counting laps for my friends and teammates, and my team has an awesome website that has lots of pics. www.mvm.org Good luck in your events and swim fast.......
