Please mark your calendar for the weekend of March 22-23, 2003. SPMA will be hosting a USMS Coach & Swimmer Clinic in Orange County, CA. The goals of the clinic are two-fold. One, to help swimmers improve, and two, to get coaches together to share ideas and learn from each other. The clinic will include helpful details on stroke mechanics, starts, turns, and racing strategies for all events. Each swimmer will receive video analysis of their stroke, starts, and turns. The guest Mentor Coach will be Kerry O'Brien from the Walnut Creek Masters in Northern California. His program has consistantly been one of the top teams in the country for over 15 years. Please encourage your swimmers and other coaches to attend.

Clinic Cost

Coaches:
$30 for SPMA Coaches (to cover the cost of meals included with the
clinic)
Your registration fee will be refunded if 5 or more swimmers attend from your club. $50 for Coaches outside of SPMA Presentors at the Coaches Presentation will be paid $100. Contact Michael Collins with your topic if you would like to be considered as a presentor.

Swimmers:
Full Clinic, Lunches & Social - $120 by March 15, $150 after March 15
Saturday Only - 75(not including dinner & social)
