Use accounting books such as QuickBooks or even an excel spreadsheet to keep accurate and continuous records.

Do an annual budget for your LMSC. It helps deal with year to year recurring expenses and greatly speeds up doing the annual report.

If available, consider using online banking with the single bank you do business with.
