    Man I felt stale today. I forgot to ice and rehab on Sunday, and so I came in today not feeling very sharp. The club team actually did the above set twice through, and maybe if I had selected the second intervals (1:20/:40/:45) I might have made it through the second round. But one round on the fast intervals left me gassed.
