    Not quite the same as the usual 6x100 I do. There was no set interval, when it was your heat's turn, you went. I jump started my lactic acid production by going with Heat 1 (the backstrokers), and again with Heat 4 (the flyers). After that, I went with Heat 4 for the remaining four. I probably had about 7-8 minutes rest between each dive 100. Comparing this to other sets of 6x100 I have done, I think 7+ minutes is too much rest, judging by the fact that I descended the 100s. I was also too conservative on the first 100. All in all though, not a bad set. Was concerned given how sluggish I have felt the past few days, if I was going to be able to generate any sort of speed. I guess I needn't have worried!
