    I have had several misfires at this set over the past 18 months, trying to make it all on 1:05. Maybe last week coming right off taper I could have done it. But the water was warm, and I have lost that "invincible" training feeling when your taper hasn't quite worn off yet. I am back to normal, and therefore 1:10 provided me just the right effort level. I stayed in the low RED range, and averaged 1:05s on all the 100s @ 1:10.
