    weighed 224 after practice
    Weigh yourself nekkid right after you get up, ideally the same time each week, to track your progress. Post-workout there's already too many variables at play.

    i wasn't there, none as far as I know. She was setting up pulleys with weights in the diving well, tripped, lost her balance & fell fully clothed

    Hey TJRPatt,

    thanks, I barely made them

    When intervals get tough some of my lane mates break out the toys. paddles, pull bouys, & fins. sometimes I rest up, throw on a speed suit or start from a dive but not today

    Tyler and Marcio got ahead of me on the 2 x 100
    I planned to go out smooth then turn it on for the 2nd 100

    I did all the 100's free & did the 40 x 25 flutter kick, Tyler kicked beside me, he started trying to hold 17's on the last round of 25's so I picked up my effort

    What a great holiday season it has been... I believe we worked pretty hard all year and deserved a little decadence at Christmas!

    I'm not sure that even if I put on someone's BIG finz that I could have made 2 X 100 on the 1:00 - ha ha!

    I'm working on some resolutions this week and will run them by you!

    Nice job on making the 100s on 1:05. Does anyone put on paddles when the interval gets that low. At 1:05, I would have.

    she gave us quite a challenging set, well the first part is easy then it starts getting difficult at 1:10 & under
    she gave folks the option to do 50's 75's or 100's
    on the 1st set of 10 x 100 we had to scoot a lane each time, we did #9 in an end lane & had to move all the way over to the other side of the pool, so I just did a 50 to have time to move and be ready for the start of #10

    Tyler both sets of 10 & Todd made the last set of 10,
    Tyler wore fins on the 2nd set and todd pulled with his H U G E blue paddles. Don't think anyone made the set of 20, tyler arrived late for practice, he might have made it.
    My plans to SDK off each wall quickly faded as I kicked into survivor mode. Plus the pool was pretty warm which made it uncomfortable.

    not sure, it varies per event, I know there are several meets that aren't in the data base

    last I checked the san antonio meet wasn't in the data base, hope you get some top 10's
