I really like my toys and will continue to use them. The mix will be both distance and sprints. My focus for this year is to maintain my 200 fly time.

The pool is fixed the water was 77 and my mouth and lungs say it was good quality! That was all I could do. The lap pool was closed and I had to swim around noodlers in the open area since the 3 lanes in that pool were in use. They don't swim more than 2 to a lane. Did well Sunday too. Broke 30 in the 50 Free finally, the last two meets were dreadful but this was good. Had a strong 100 back and 100 Fly. Was quiet happy over all. Started off with a great 200 Fly today, I had not broken 3:15 in a long time but today I went 3:12.81. My 500 Free was better than last time but still not what I wanted to do 6:33.62. Overall a good start. Up for tomorrow I have 100 Back, 100 Fly and 50 Free. I am really looking forward to the 100 Fly!
