maybe the 400 and the breast events?

Obviously I am kidding; my breast is atrocious.

thanks so much. The doctor thinks it's just that and I a man on anti inflammatory pills again. I think I have a slight rotator cuff tear. Fingers crossed I can get through the long course season and then take care of it. I am not stressing about it and if I need to rest I can do that.

It is great to be enjoying swimming again.

Glad to see you're back in the pool, Stewart. I'm sure it's frustrating to just be kicking, but it won't be long before you can start getting your groove back. With your grit, you'll be back up to fighting speeds in no time.

I'm sure all the kicking is boring now, but it will probably pay dividends when you are cleared to swim again!

thanks Tim. I was given the all clear to get back I need and start kicking today. I am not allowed any pressure on the joint so turns are a challenge but I am on the road to recovery.

one of my training partners just moved to Indiana and I am thinking of putting the Chris Clark memorial meet on my travel calendar next year. Any interest in going? It would be awesome on lots of levels!

i have a fast kick but it can always get stronger and I will have an opportunity to work on it for a while. I was given the all clear yesterday so kicking for the next few months started this morning.

i am so sorry Patrick. I hope you heal fast. Fingers crossed you won't need for surgery.
