Welcome back!
Sounds like a great event. Our town used to hold a tri when I was up, but no longer. Fun community race.
Yay! Glad you're better and back to HIT. Give yourself 6 weeks to see speed improvements.
Excellent workout! That's great news about your shoulder.
Well done!
Good job!
I made it about halfway up the canyon before cramping. So I told him not to wait for me at the top and I went back down to Lamoille and sat on the porch of O'Carroll's (local pub) drinking beer until he came back down. Incredibly good thinking under duress
Sounds like a great father-son adventure! Very impressive swims, too.
Good job, poolraat! It was nice to meet you and your son at the meet.
Congrats to both you and your son on a successful nationals meet!! Welcome back... now get back to work!
No layout ahead. Enjoy.
Swim fast and have fun.

Felt tired and tight and the soreness from the surveying on Friday is still there although it's is not as bad as yesterday. Try: Leica robotic total station and a co-op to set corners and pound in stakes.
You'll be fine by Friday, especially with that massage! See you soon.
We're likely going to feel like crap at this point in the taper. No worries.
Enjoy the meet and high altitude!
