  1. Checking and saying hello

    Lakes are getting warmer, so maybe by the end of the month I might be able to get in somewhere!

    On a funny note, I started jumping rope again for the first time in 25 years. It's tough! haha

    Here is a good read on social distancing from a marathon swimmer that is quick.

    Stay healthy. Wash your hands. The water will accept us back without judgment once the doors are opened again.

    4x75 @ 1:00 "Clair Lockridge" pull w/ paddles
    4x50 @ 1:00 "Progressive Freestyle" w/ SNKL
    :40 rest

    3x100 @ 1:30 @ 500 PACE (:59+, :59, :59)

    600 EZ FR kick w/ fins + BD

    Total: 5500

    Hit 30,000 yards for the week. Not bad when it's so difficult to find a pool in which to swim!
