    * no swim out allowed. Let the lactic acid bake (like the pies my mother-in-law made for my my daughters birthday dinner!).

    Only had time for a short workout today but really wanted to do some sort of dive set, so this is what I came up with. If I had more time I would probably try to go back up or do the whole thing a second time. Anyways, i definitely felt gassed by the time I stepped up for the last 25!
