    Total: 2500

    Dove into very warm water surrounded by aqua-aerobics people and a birthday party. Felt very sluggish, probably do mostly to the last three workouts I have done. Decided to just recover today so I can hit the next 3-4 workouts really hard before my usual Wednesday off.
