    Avoiding fast (well, high effort) swimming for awhile. Need to manage good stroke biomechanics that I can maintain at all efforts. A little rt shldr clicking going on at early backstroke recovery - it's been there (mild clicking) since early rehab, but I think it's just remaining scar tissue that will work its way out.

  3. Aerobic Day - 4/8/19

    Hope everyone had a good weekend! I didn't have a lot of time today, about 50 minutes, so I got in a good aerobic (and arm) workout. Nothing too exciting but definitely got the job done. Feel free to adjust intervals as needed. I did the pull on my usual 1:20 pace, and then dropped 5 seconds for the swim.

    W/U (900):

    300 swim choice
    300 pull - br 3,5, per 100, last 100 drill
    300 kick w/ fins

    Main (2000):

    10x200

    1-5 - pull @ 2:40 (about 10 sec rest)
    6-10 - swim @ 2:35 (5-10 sec rest)

    100 easy
