    With this practice I realized I have now swam for 18 days straight. Planning on making it an even 19 tomorrow and going out with a bang, then taking Easter Sunday off. I prayed on it, and the Lord, speaking through my wife, said "no swimming on Easter Sunday, ok?" (I took that to be a rhetorical question with only one right answer)

    The pool temperature was the best yet this year, but the pump broke last Friday and now the pollen has accumulated. Visibility is about 3-4 feet at best, and a lot of pollen is just pooling in these sort of "oil slicks" all over the pool. It really doesn't look appealing (but it is harmless and I can't complain because I am lucky enough to have a pool to swim in, so for that I should be thankful).

  17. Checking and saying hello

    Lakes are getting warmer, so maybe by the end of the month I might be able to get in somewhere!

    On a funny note, I started jumping rope again for the first time in 25 years. It's tough! haha
