    I did this yesterday in conjunction with an arm strength workout, so I was struggling through it. My husband wrote this - he added a 200IM for time at the end, but I didn't go there. Feel free to add it in if you are feeling better than I was! Can't recover like I used to!

    This was a Master's workout at MTS - really good for 200 pace, could be modified for 500 pace.

    Still felt super sluggish and weak, but was able to get moving a little bit by the end and maybe sort of started to feel like I know how to swim again.
