I have had sets that hurt more at times, but given the sprints on top of sprints on top of sprints in the previous set, the 9x100 pushed me to the limit physically and mentally. Hypoxic set difficulty is as much about what the set entails as it is where in the practice it takes place. I completed the set, but I was seeing stars by the end of it!
