skull crushers, 40 x 3 x 10


Started off light with the weights. Still won't be doing much upper body lifting until after a couple more cycles of PRP. My next set of jabs is Monday.

Still feeling tired from last weekend's travel/swim extravaganza. Think I just need a couple more good night's of sleep.

    Should be fun. Make sure to install a few shots of nitrous on the MF for the final lengths. Your legs are definitely going to be screaming at you!
