Slower than my 3000yd timed swim 3 weeks ago, but I figured it would be. The pool is warm today (86) and my mindset was more to get through than to do it fast. I again just strung together a bunch of my infamous Noah's Arks, but didn't really push the pair of 100s. First feed was Accerlerade, second was plain water - I just kicked on my back and slugged down the liquid as I went to the other end of the pool.

Now to enjoy the rest of my last day of vacation. Monday night is pizza night at our house, as we help support our local economy through buying a pie and some cheezy bread sticks. Mmmm. Then off to Men's Group/Bible study tonight.
