3 x 10 seated leg press with calf raises

15min foam rolling at home

At least the brick wall is going up at the Rec.

Lena and Emma are home from their Kenya adventure. The two medical clinics went well, and my wife has a renewed passion to go back to school for nursing. One of the team members is still in a hospital in Nairobi, waiting to be transported back to the States (her parents are with her).
