I felt much better today. This was a long work out in about an hour and ten minutes.

warm up

400 free
6x50 catchup on 45
8x75 kick on 1.20
8x75 free on 1min

Main set

4x200 pull with paddles on 2.40. This was too slow and I dropped to 2.15
4x150 pull with paddles on 1.45
4x100 pull with paddles on 1.10

second set

10x50 with flippers on 30

100 easy
1000 free holding 1.10 pace

Total 5300

I held 1.03-1.05 on the pull set and 1.07-1.08 on the 1000. The 50s with flippers was really tough and ended up being a touch and go set, holding 31-32s after I fell off the pace after#5.
