After a long rest

Week 15 - Tuesday weights

We woke up this morning to a snow storm in Dallas. The ride to work was pretty slow and it was cold all day. I stopped at the pool on the way home and did weights and a short swim.

Weights
30 minutes of circuit training focusing on back and chest.
5 rounds with 10 reps per machine, bench, military press, inclined bench, inside and outside lat pull downs, lower back, row.

Swim
30 minute stretch swim
400 swim
400 drill catchup/finger drag
400 pull
400 IM drill
400 free

I felt quite sore after weights, but loosened up after the swim.
